Another very busy day at the North American Eagle™ headquarters as Omar Chramosta, Andrew Kirk, Chris Greene, Bernard McVay, Steve Wallace, Rich Pengelley, Steve Rima, Sean Rondestvedt, Keith Zanghi and Ed Shadle once again came together to prepare for our upcoming test session. Earlier in the week the team met with John Mittlieder, Darren Grove, and Don Mitchell for a tour of Blue Origin, followed by a review of the vehicle test plan.
Sean Rondestvedt installed new generator
Sean spent most of the day installing a backup generator from S&S Turbine Services Ltd in Ft St John BC.
Steve Rima and Rich Pengelley
Steve Rima worked on the electrical system, while Steve Wallace spent some time refining the National Instruments CompactDAQ 9188 XT data aquistion system. The team has been testing the new ruggedize cDAQ 9188XT for some time. The team was present at NIWeek last month when the cDAQ 9188XT was released to the public during Keith’s Keynote Speech.
Keith and Les have been busy shaping and bending the aerodynamic surfaces common to the rear axle assembly. By this time next week, the new assembly will be revealed to the public. Special thanks to Central Welding Supply for all of our welding consumables and sanding disks.
