This Weeks Update

The car is ready to go!  Today we worked on small improvements. Keith and Lars repaired some 10-32 machine screw threads that had reached the end of their lifecycle. Steve, John, and Trish repaired a number of mile marker signs. Lars is building some new steel hubs for the mobilizer.  He built some last year out of some old cast steel hubs and decided they needed to be built from stronger material. They should be done next week.

Guests this weekend were Dad and son, Tim and Andrew Sanders.  Tim is retired from Boeing and his son Andrew keeps the pension coming as a current Boeing worker.   Both are experts in CATIA.
