Canada is in the hangar today

Paul Dries our Canadian friend, returned this Saturday to our Parkland shop.  He brought along a new and critical component for our steering system.  Paul is an expert on precision steering systems.

Steve Wallace was hard at work in the electronics bay, upgrading the electrical circuitry for the steering system.  Keith, Andrew, Cory, and Jason were also in there from time to time, mounting computer feedback sensors for the steering.

Trisha and Andrew removed the rear axle fairings and the belly pan.  The rear running axle will be coming off next week, preparing for a switch to the travel axle for our next load up.

Cory, Steve Rima and Jason installed the new batteries and mount.  Next week we will install a protective guard to keep FOD out of the two 190 amp/hr batteries.   Les was here, there, and everywhere, doing what Crew Chiefs do. You Know.
