Members on site this Saturday were Steve Wallace, Chris Greene and Ed Shadle. Work today consisted of replacing and shielding wires that have melted in the afterburner area of the fuselage. Chris removed the heat shielding,  then he and Steve installed insulating material to prevent future melting of the wire insulation. Ed recharged all the Optima batteries in the Eagle, the start cart and others on the shelf.

Some cleanup around the shop was accomplished and work was done on some of the details surrounding the rear axle modifications. During the week, Ed has been working on the red tape surrounding the permits for access onto BLM lands this year.
