Ladies and Gentlemen:.  Today’s iffy weather managed to avoid the rain at our Spanaway, WA hangar.  Checking in for work today were:  Von Armstrong, Jeremiah Avery, Ed  Shadle,  Cameron Shadle,  Keith Zanghi, Larry Martinson, Rob Martinson, Omar Chramosta and  Rich Pengelley.  John Winchester stopped by to see how the parachute cannisters were matching up to the rear axle.  Brandyn Bayes and dad, Doug, came by and Brandyn corrected an update glitch on our Lenovo W Series ThinkPad.

Keith, Larry, and Jeremiah continued the welding and grinding on the reconstructed ramp stand.  It is service ready and will look even better with a new coat of paint.

Ed and Cameron worked on the nose cone and rear axle assembly, assuring that the existing hydraulic lines and components match up with the changes made to the axle.  This inculdes the new strut system that attaches between the axle and the fuselage.

Col. Joe is on The Tonight Show

This past Friday Col. Joe Kittinger and Felix Buaumgartner appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.  It was a great segment as both men talked about the incredible Red Bull Stratos project which is going to break Col. Joe’s record.  Click on this link for a clip from The Tonight Show or on any of the images below. Col. Joe and Felix appeared with Tom Cruise and got a chance to meet and talk with him back stage!  Col. Joe is a long time supporter, consultant, and mentor to the North American Eagle™
