In this update: We say goodbye to Tony Wood

Tony Wood RIP

Good times with Tony Wood and Ed Shadle at the 2014 GNRS

June 3, 2019

We are deeply saddened this morning with the news that our good friend Tony Wood passed away yesterday.  We met Tony over a decade ago and he introduced us to some really talented people.  He introduced us to George Barris and some of the greatest hot rod customizers in the world.  He was George’s right-hand guy and accompanied him all over the world.  Our paths crossed a lot, whether it was Los Angeles or  The SEMA show in Las Vegas, we would always find Tony and hook up.  He was a kind and gentle man who always took time to talk.  Our condolences go out to his family, especially the longtime love of his life Doreen McDonald, and his son Justin.  He was way too young.
