With work completed on the ramp stand modification, the four ramp sections were physically matched to the stand and holes realigned for assembly.  John Mittleider turned out to survey the rear axle and fuselage area, working  with Ed and Keith in the design and layout of the rear strut attachments.

Brandyn came equipped with his laptop computer and gave team members an informative presentation on new and on-going features planned for the website. He has been working  with Jon Higley and Patricia Wood on ways to improve the entire interface between fans, sponsors, and the general public.  With avenues on our webpage and links to Facebook, Twitter and the many apps available for smart phones, iPods, tablets and the like, the choices are many.

Other tasks today included inspection and maintenance on the winch motor used for load/unload operations, and finishing the last antenna mast for Steve Wallace Tropos Networks area broadband antennas.  During the past week our LevX® magnetic brake system is undergoing inspection for reassembly in the next few weeks.  Pictured above is Tom Jensen,  an ace machinist and friend of Ed’s, who has been working on his lathe preparing the rear strut tubes for installation on the car.
