With half the month gone in 2016 the team met once again in preparation for an upcoming test session. Ken Broyles, Lars Pedersen, Andrew Kirk, Jason Mitchell, Keith Zanghi, Les Holm and Ed Shadle came together for a very successful weekend. Von Armstrong was working virtual from home.

The North American Eagle™ team had a lot of visitors this weekend. The original Burien Boys racing team stopped by the shop. Long time friends of Keith, Steve Nolan, Larry Dowty and Dick St. John stopped by to see the Eagle. The team gave the drag racers a complete tour of the Eagle’s hangar. Another visitor was Ani, a co-worker of Keith.

Despite all the vistors today, the team was able to get some work done. The front wheel was installed, as was the parking brake. The entire system was functional tested. Earlier in the week, Lars was milling shims so that the brake caliper would align with the rotor. Everything on the Eagle is custom made.
