NAE™ Project: Update Archives September 23, 2005 Ladies & Gentlemen: Last night several of the team traveled serveral hundred miles north and gathered at one of our Canadian sponsors, Steve Green's Eagle Machine, Inc. in Abbotsford, B.C. to watch the Discovery Canada's first airing of "Mega Builders: Wolrd's Fastest Wheels". This was a one hour documentary about the North American Eagle™ team's efforts and trials to accomplish their first successful test run. Further north, in Ft. St. John, B.C., at our engine sponsor, Robin Sipe's S&S Turbine Services, Ltd. had a gathering of their own to watch the show.  Within minutes, Canadians who'd watched the show were sending in comments about our project. Here are a few: -=-+-=-+ I want to contribute to the NAE. Thanks for the tip on the showing of NAE on Discovery. It was a great show and sure nice to see "live" most of those that make things happen in this project.

 After the viewing, the team held a meeting to discuss plans for a trip south to appear on display at Edwards AFB's Open House in Southern California next month. Team members signed a large photograph of the whole team next to the car, with Keith and Ed also signing a certificate for our first Eagle's Lair Club member; Don Bartram of New Mexico.
