NAE™ Project: Update March 25, 2006 Ladies & Gentlemen: Present today were Ed Shadle, Keith Zanghi, Jon Higley, Bill Eckberg, Sean Rondestvedt, Ed Drumheller II, Steve & Libby Wallace, Tim Finley, Von Armstrong, Russell Garlow, Omar Chramosta, John Zambrano, Dave Selby, Earl Gratzer, Rich Pengelley & Denny Osborn, Willie Houze & his friend Don. Today's work focused on proper installation of the equipment that will help Shadle control the rear wheel brakes using the foot pedals. Visiting us today was Chuck Reynolds; a friend of Ed Shadle. Sean Rondestvedt and Von Armstrong spent their time completing finishing touches on the rear-wheel dolly fabricated by McVay's Mobile Welding last week. They ground off the bottoms of the caster brackets and painted the whole dolly. Drumheller and Denny Osborn attempted to repack the parachutes into the low speed canisters; it's a real tight fit. Earl Gratzer and Rich Pengelley worked on running more ground wiring from the mid-section to the engine bay. Jon Higley worked on rebuilding a Power Point presentation on the shop computer for Keith's upcoming conference. We invite you to add a comment, or remark, about our program or the site. Interested in helping us make history and bring the record back to North America? Here's how!
