NAE™ Project: Update Archives August 5, 2002 Ladies & Gentlemen: The NAE™ Hangar was visited this weekend by 10 cars from The NorthWest Mitsubishi 3000GT/Dodge Stealth Owners. The members of the club were given a presentation by Ed Shadle on the car and the progress of the project. It would take approximately 120 of the cars pictured to equal the horsepower of the North American Eagle. Keith is working on visual display boards for the upcoming debut at the Puyallup Fair. The exhibit will be a self-guided tour showing the history and development of the North American Eagle from its near scrap yard status to discovery that it was part of the Space Race and flown by some of the greatest test pilots of all time. The exhibition will be a learning center showing operation of Jet Engines to the dynamics of the effect of shock waves as it passes through the speed of sound. If you live in the Puget Sound Region, we hope you visit our exhibit while at the fair. We invite you to add a comment, or remark, about our program or the site. Interested in helping us make history and bring the record back to North America? Here's how!
