NAE™ Project: Update Archives April 14, 2006 Ladies & Gentlemen:
Richard Noble, 1983 World Land Speed Record holder at 633 mph, and Project Manager of the current LSR record at 763 mph, by driver Andy Green, has just become a member of the NAE™'s 800 Club. In an email to NAE™ driver Ed Shadle, Noble wrote, "Ed, Hope you are well and congratulations on the progress made. I hope the tests on [El] Mirage go well- remember nothing in this business is at all easy." The team is proud to have Richard Noble as a member of our 800 Club. Now, if we can just convince him to join the Eagle's Liar Club... Actually folks, our Eagle's Lair Club is growing each month, thanks to the generous support of great people like you. We invite you to add a comment, or remark, about our program or the site. Interested in helping us make history and bring the record back to North America? Here's how!
